The U.S. and Canada’s top restaurant shuckers converge on the mecca of Maine oysters for a colorful round of head-to-head competition in downtown Damariscotta. The afternoon-into-evening event is an oyster-tasting feast and party. The day will include raw and wood-fired oyster tastings, wood-fired pizzas with local ingredients, beverage parings, local seafood, live music and the naming of the top Can-Am Oyster Shuck Star.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM:  Benefactor & Connoisseur Hour – Oyster shucking demo, tastings & beverage pairings

3:00 PM:  Gates open to all ticket holders - Irish inspired introduction of the Shuckers – tasting & beverage pairings

3:30 PM - 5:00 PM:  Can-Am Shuck Star Competition

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM:  Live music from the Jason Spooner Band, tasting & beverage pairings

  • Fan Pass - $35.00: Commemorative oyster pairing glass and 3 Oyster/tastings with 3 beverage pairings.
  • Kids Pass (16 and under accompanied a family member) - $5.00 per kid: Includes 2 tastings and 2 beverages.
  • Taster Pass - $55.00:  Commemorative oyster pairing glass & 6 Oysters/tastings with 6 beverage pairings
  • Connoisseur - $75.00:  VIP Hour with early entrance, front row seating for Can-AM Shuck Star Competition, commemorative oyster pairing glass with unrestricted, Tasting tickets for food or beverage
